who you're hiring

My name is Georgette.
I’m a Las Vegas native, an independent creative producer, and the person behind Tool Shop Honey.
The name comes from growing up around my father’s upholstery business. That was my first introduction to the creative process - not necessarily in a literal sense, but in a working shop, surrounded by paints, adhesives, textiles, tools, and materials. It’s where I learned that almost anything can be taken apart, reworked, customized, and made into something completely different.
I have a BA in Visual Communications, and while it feels like I’ve been doing this for a lifetime, I’ve been working professionally since 2012.
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of being hired for some incredible, culturally significant events, while also being entrusted with large-scale corporate programs, client relationships, budgets, and the many moving pieces that come with them. At the same time, I’ve been fortunate enough to be part of much smaller moments that were just as meaningful: a wedding proposal, an intimate dinner, a special surprise, or a moment that someone had been planning for months.
And I think that range says a lot about how I approach the work.
Whether the project is large, small, highly produced, completely unexpected, or something that’s never been done before, I take it personally. I love seeing a project go from idea to something real. I want to understand the vision, figure out what needs to happen, and take care of the details as if the project were my own.
Because ultimately, who you’re hiring matters.
You’re hiring someone you can trust, someone who will pick up the phone, figure it out, stay in the details, and care about the outcome.
Now, let's get to work
